Client stops booting with a numeric value 23e00
unable to obtain bootparams file :
1) /etc/bootparams has no info for the client
2) rpc.bootparamd not running
solution :
1) add_install_client
2) /etc/init.d/boot.server checks for /tftpboot dir before starting rpc.bootparamd
